Juneau has a lot of real estate companies. Which one is considered the best company according the Juneau, Alaska residents? Who are the best real estate agents in Juneau, Alaska? Historically, which company has been there the longest? Do any of the real estate companies also have title and mortgage companies?

Juneau does have many real estate companies. When my husband and I brought our house we used Coldwell Banker one of the longest running offices in Juneau. The office is locally owned with the familiarity that you would find at any Coldwell Banker Office. A year after buying our house I started working with Coldwell Banker Race Realty as a Realtor. It is been a truly rewarding experience and I love to work with new people that are relocating to Juneau as well as the current residents.
The best that advice that I could give to someone moving to Juneau and looking to buy is to visit different Realtor’s webpages. This can give you a preview of the town and the Realtor and the opportunity to start a dialog on what your real estate needs are.

The Real Estate Commission regulates the relationships very carefully to make sure that consumers has maximum choice in products related to title insurance and mortgages. Most companies see it as a conflict of interested to offer these other services. However, a good Realtor will be able to provide you a list with companies that do provide these services and guide you through the process.
